Litvina, the company behind the APP all terrain vehicle, has its headquarters in Minsk. That's the capitol city of Belarus, a country that was part of the Soviet Union since WW2, but is independent today.

The currency converters I found online say the APP, which costs 595,000 Belarus Rubles, would cost about 42,000 US dollars.

I like the version of the APP that uses the Mitsubishi Delica (Space Gear) body, along with the Mitsu 2.5L turbodiesel engine.
