Thank you for sharing. Interesting and detailed. Do you have a dollar figure on this build?

Russian Birch Flat Cargo Area w/ Tie downs

Please tell us more about the flat cargo area. Can we assume there are vertical spacers between the top and bottom pieces of Russian Birch which create flat storage below AND a flat sleeping platform above?

Looking good. Why did you choose the m8000 with steel cable instead of synthetic rope?

Yeah extra gas would be great... We don't have a rear tire carrier yet so the mounting options back there are limited - and storing it inside the vehicle isn't usually preferred, so I'm trying to figure out where / how to put it on there. Anyone ideas?

On the CB radio, is it worthwhile even if you're planning on being alone most of the time? I was thinking about looking into getting my HAM license and maybe getting a 2m?

the oro rear tire holder is a lighter independent carrier with room for 2 jerry cans.

for cb I use the midland 75- it plugs into the cig lighter for power, has a seperate bottom to be used as battery powered hand held cb for hiking ect, light as can be
