If Not Now When?
After getting a sticker and some new front brakes I decided what better to do on my day off than do a little wheelin. So I and a buddy took are XJs on a little adventure to a mountain not too far from us. Great time nothing broke, and before we wheeled we removed the front sway bar for extra articulation. This helped tremendously from the last time wheeled with it on. She just crawled over everything. So without further ado here are some pics of the day trip......

Deff missing Maine for sure, FL is too damn flat!! Looks good bro. Once I get settled in and a job, we will have to plan on a trip somewhere.

Awesome pics Barrows. How much lift does your rig have in the picture, looks almost stock. That rig must do well.

Got some good pics of a Hunting/expedition trip up in Western Maine. Great just roaming the roads with no destination and seeing what Maine has to offer! Oh and din't get anything hunting wise but a great day none the less. Top left, looking at Bigalow Mtn, Top Right just how massive the logs are compared to my rig, Windmills on Kibby Mtn. Skidder! Jeep looking at Bigalow Mtn., and finally jeep with Kibby behind it.

If Not Now When?
Alright since my last post I have updated a few needed things. I just replaced both Hub assemblies in the front as they were both pretty worn and causing a funny wear pattern on my tires and replaced my CB antenna mount with a Firestik door jam mount. My other mount was very thin and seemed like it was about to fall off any day and was just a temp. mod to get me going. This new mount seems quite abit sturdier but has not been trail tested yet. Also I neglected to mention I had replaced my tracbar back in October as it was on the fritz as well. The Jeep is up to 186K miles and had another oil change a week or so back to round up what's been done in a while. I will post up some pictures soon of my new antenna mount.

If Not Now When?
Alright newest update, recently while driving my jeep home the electronics (radio, dome lights, gauges, locks) all just stopped working. The radio was what I noticed initially as it just turned off. Also because the jeep was at a standstill when this happened the when I glanced at the gauges I got worried. When my alternator went a few months back that paticuiler meter was at nine or hovering there and of course when the gauge doesn't work it also right around that area, like when the jeep is turned off. Being not very mechanically inclided I rushed over to my mechanic where further inspection reviewed that my fuse had blown. Few not as bad as I thought. He gave me a new fuse and I was on my way or so I thought as after putting that one in it also blew. I brought it to him this time for a full inspection/fix it type deal. After a full day of figuring what everything was doing he had found that it was the rear dome light that had been shorting out the system and blowing the fuse. Now all is good, I just need to get a new dome light put in and she'll back to top condition. Luckily I had my gps to accurately tell me my speed for the short while.
