Looking good so far! Taking a closer look at your pictures, I have a question...

Rear driver's quarterpanel, in front of the fuel filler door, is that a plug for shore power?

perfect combo all the way around.... white is such an excellent color for off-road adventures (which is why all my vehicles are black, I'm not perfect - nor are my vehicles).

How many miles? PMD relocation kit on it? how's the pump?

lol TRUTH. 26yrs and 300k+ mi I farted around in SoCal deserts in my white pickup, and now that I'm ready for some 'excursions' and a round of CA landscape tourism, I bought a black Sub. I already regret it, in 10weeks I've washed it more times than I washed my pickup in all of last year.

Rear bumper is finished! Sliders will be done today.

Indeed it is! I've also installed a solar panel and put the 2 unit battery bank where the spare tire was. "That is why I HAVE to get a custom rear bumper," he said convincingly to his wife.

Solar!

I'm not completely finished with the box, doubling as my son's chair. And not sure yet how I want/need to hook up the Viair compressor. Enough power to run my block heater for 3 hours or a tail-gate party for X hours!?!

Funded by one tax payer's dollars.... mine! uploadfromtaptalk1424064896216.jpguploadfromtaptalk1424064939064.jpguploadfromtaptalk1424064960944.jpg

Great:Wow1: looking set-up Gig. That `Burb´looks like it is ready and able for a long trip. The bumper and slider looks very well executed. :drool:Did you do the fab work? Thanks for posting as we all love lots of pics. Cheers, Chilli..:)

Looking great! I love to see another 6.5L diesel being cared for out there. I've got 288K miles on mine, and other than several PMD's, nothing more than general maintenance has been needed!

I wish I could do this type of fabrication! I could probably have pulled if the rock sliders but not the bumper.
