What is the white material?

Are you worried about flex between the bed and cab? If so, how will you address?

The white material is Fiberglass Reinforced Panels (FRP).

Yes, there will definitely be flex between the cab and bed. I measured 3/8" flex when I maxed out my suspension, which would damage the shell. I've got a couple ideas. First is to cut a flex line between the front two ribs in my design and incorporate an accordion seal (this is what I've designed for). Another way is to stiffen the frame with something like a roll bar from the cab to the bed.
