I forget one article of clothing or another at least twice a year. We go to work in our gym clothes and change into uniform after physical training. There's nothing worse than digging in the gym bag and discovering that pants, underwear, t-shirt or socks are missing :smilies27

On the subject of pants I am coming up on the second year of a pair of Mountain Khakis "alpine utility" pants. These pants have been the toughest, most comfortable and versatile pants I own.
Where were these when I was getting Carhartts and breaking them over 6 months?

Apparently not based on what I've seen. I'm sure that YKK makes a range of zippers and the clothing maker specs the quality.

A questions, though, about which style is preferred: what do you like more about the Alpine Utility Pant vs. their Original Mountain Pant? The construction methods and fabric appear to be the same.
