Tacoma Rear Bumpers

 That is a very nice bumper. Anyone know if they make a non-high-clearance version with the swingout (their website doesn't show pics of that setup)? Or maybe the high-clearance bumper has extra bracing / attachment points necessary to carry the weight of the swingout/tire/cans.

[off topic] Their photo album has a "Tacoma Front Bumper" folder but there's no pictures...I'd be interested to see that as well [/off topic]

Contact Kevin. Here's his "main" page. They don't show a direct-fit bumper with swingout, but it might be possible. The page doesn't show a high-clearance with swingout either, but he has done it!

I like this table swing-down thingy. Anyone else notice the flipped car in the background? :rally_guys:

Thats a really nice bumper, wish they had them for '01-'04. Ya the rolled car in the background is weird...If you look at the license plate it says he is a firefighter so its probably at a training facility...just my 2 cents

I did noticed, but it is NOT flipped by accident, there are car roll over things under it.
They basically bolt to your hubs and then you can flip the car on to it's side.
Seen them on Garage Journal.

The maker of the bumper took the truck to a fire department training class. The car is on its side for training purposes. I assume some sort of safe removal of occupants drill.

Wrong.

my co-driver and I were competing in the rallyamerica series, we were ahead in points until... we came into a parking lot with a little too much speed. See, I was distracted by a cool-looking bumper on a sweet blue tacoma. I ran away on foot and put those yellow devices on there to make it seem like it was there for training purposes... :smiley_drive:

But in all seriousness, I can't find the bumper I really like, it was on the old expeditions west double cab. I think it was a demello custom hybrid thing. I'll keep looking unless somebody else finds it first.

Hey guys! Thought I would jump in here real quick. I'm Kevin, from Armor Tech Offroad. The bumper pictured on the previous pages was a build we completed recently for a customer. The bumper portion of it is our standard wrap around bumper with all the options, then the swing arm is built to match all the customers requests.. I was extremely happy with how it turned out and really wanted to keep it for myself! :D

side note: The pictures were taken at our firehouse and the car was flipped over in preparation for training some new guys.
