so the make over on my trailer has taken alot longer than expected, sometimes stuff just gets in the way,
i re did the racks and made them so i could remove them very quickly if i needed to,
i bedlined the frame , fenders ,lid ,and inside the tub, the paint i didnt want to screw up , i spent 3 full days trying to straighten out a couple of waves in the upper portion of the tub, i got it close but wasnt happy,
soo i had it done by a pro, i have sent him a lot of businesss in the past so he gave me a really really really good deal. the paint is flawless,

i should have it all re-assembled tomorow but i just couldnt wait to post up a pic or two
MANGO TANGO to match the rubicon of course,

That's pretty snazzy, gasman.

Are the fenders going to be mango, too, or black?

nope .. the lid and fenders i bedlined, they will be flat black.

today i made some progress and i am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. the lid is back on, fenders are in place, the tounge basket has been sprayed and mounted, chains on the tailgate installed,
tomorow i should have all the tie downs on,and light brackets, and support legs. i also need to find a spot to mount my high lift.

i was gonna re-use the old trailer lights but im thinkin i just might buy new ones , and those will have to be re wired,

no pics today , forgot my camera,

made some progress today, slowly, i have a problem with the black , the guy who painted the mango took it upon himself to give the bedliner a quick spray as well ,and now the black dont match , it is not a big deal, i re painted the fenders, and im gonna have to do the lid again, but thats ok , i should be done in a couple of days,,

todays progress,

I agree! Hook it to the jeep, put it in the sun and take some pictures!!!!!!!!

Sweet.

soon , real soon, maybe by the weekend, , next step is to lift the jeep a couple of inches ,then matching wheels and 35's all the way around , i just bought a new house so the jeep may have to wait a few months,

Question. I have a small Sankey miltary trailer I pull behind my defender. The thing gets beat to death with rocks, mud etc that kick out of the KM2's. I love what you have done with this trailer-its awesome; just curious if you have the same problem and how you are planning to keep it nice ?
