15w40 Rotella is for Diesel engines.

You will also need to consider other things like shock travel, brake line length, steering linkage, pinion angle, caster, etc. not as easy as just slapping on some taller springs.

I love the nostalgic ford and diesel combined. The body style is my favorite for a full size truck. Great build! What are the offset on the wheels? As it looks like the wheels are really skated out to me.

A 12v might not fit unless you lift the truck a few inches thus raising your COG even higher.
