I'll be interested to hear your thoughts on the Voyager rack. I've read mostly negative "reviews" and comments. I'm only a couple of hours away from them so it would be very convenient to buy from them.

Picked up a CPO 2012 LR4 with the three sunroofs and noticed that the sunroof covers aren't solid - the mesh is letting in quite a lot of light and heat (Florida...). Used the Google machine and owners seem to come up with all kinds of wacky hacks to solve it. Tinting the sunroof windows...

Could they please offer the TD6 for the LR4? Wouldn't that make more sense?

No reason at all. I did notice the new dash/screen on the 2013 and with the towing receiver (need that) it sounds like another reason to wait for a 2013 lease release. Or look for an 2008 and older.

Except for my first Disco I (which came from a no-touch/no-try auction) I've had a solid experience buying my Rovers CPO. In SWFL especially, there are plenty of low-milage snowbird ex-leases to choose from. Although I'm incredibly attracted to the RR diesel for the MPG, I don't like the look...

The LR4 is the sensible choice no doubt. I've had a Disco1, II and LR4 before. A great daily driver AND overland/camping platform. BUT, as someone said; don't cloud the dream with logic and reason. The LR4 is the grown-up choice, but the G is awesome. Or dare I say: a Defender with...

I hear what you're saying about the gas but when the RR Diesel (according to LR) get 24 mpg combined you start to ponder. I wish I could get the G 300 CDI Diesel...no, not in the US? Starting to sounds like the Defender world... :)

Hi guys, I'm sneaking in here all stealth-like from Defender land... don't tell. Quick question. For daily driving with school car pool (with other people's kids) I need Airbags (bye bye Defender) but the mpg of the newer Gs scare me. Is it possible to get an older (1990s?) with both airbags...
