How to bolt a slide to a truck bed

What is a good way to attach slides to a truck bed floor? The main slide I'm having a problem with is one for my bike. I have a bin on that side of the topper, so the slide is 2 feet from the side. Plus, the handlebars make it so the slide will never be right against the side. I want space...

    Let’s see some POWER WAGONS!

My relatively mild build so far -- Still dumping most of my time & money into Jeeps but plan to make this into a camper next summer for mountain biking. Plan is RSI SmartCap with bike slides and likely some kind of built-in cot/draws that I can remove when I'm using this daily.

Rambox or Not for new PW build.

I decided not to get Rambox because I wanted the option to run a topper down the road. But it's been 18 months, and I still haven't bought a topper I do wish I had the Ramboxs, but I think if I had them, I'd be hoping I didn't so I could still have that option to get a topper. I'm pretty sure...

2022 Power Wagon - Build Thread - JeepingNet

Power Wagon showed up this week! Took a bit longer than I expected I ordered at the start of January and it showed up on June 28th. So far I'm loving the truck and have upgrades ready to start going on it next week after it goes back to the dealership for a few days for undercoating. Looks so...

2022 Power Wagon - Build Thread - JeepingNet

So about me and my Jeep/Truck ownership. I'm from New Brunswick Canada I've been wheeling for about 25 years. Was one of the original 5 to start the New Brunswick Jeep Club and a number of other off-road groups. I have trail guided for Jeep Jamboree and was the unofficial trail master for a...

2022 Power Wagon - Build Thread - JeepingNet

Hi everyone greetings from New Brunswick Canada. I'll be using this thread to document my Power Wagon Build. This first post will be kept up to date on its current and planned status. I'm known as JeepingNet on most other forums but since my Overlanding isn't just Jeeps anyone I decided to keep...

    2021 Ram 2500 Power Wagon (Gigantor 2.0)

Really nice build I'm just waiting on my PW to be built and getting some ideas from your build. Question: It looks like you have the 360 camera do you find it still works with the topper? I wasn't sure if it used the cab camera or not.

    Halley - '17 WK2 Trailhawk Overland Build

The group I wheel with has almost gone 100% 2-meter radio It works out so much better if the group needs to spit up or someone runs around to scout out a branch in the trail and the quality is worth it alone. CB I was always getting annoyed at it buzzing or just randomly pickly up odd signals...

Looking at a new 2013 JK unlimited Rubicon.

Looks like a nice upgrade the engine different alone is worth it. Wonder if it is still 4.11 gears? If you want to do a lot of overlanding you might want to consider a re-gear And oddly enough I just realized where this is.. I am actually sitting in an airport on my way to St. Johns

Who went from 33's to 35's? MPG hit?

Completely depends on your driving habits and route.. I do almost zero highway driving and have the 6 speed and I get on average 18.6 with 35s, unlimited, 4.11 gears and 3.5 AEV. Speedo has been calibrated with GPS and TrailDash. Now.. Jump on the highway.. I'm down in the 14s.

    are lockers necessary?

I decided on a Rubicon for my overland build because I figured it was cheaper in the long run. I haven't needed the lockers yet for overlanding but I have used them for going out and exploring a few trails. I got in a section just last week of wet solid slab rock in a really bad rain and...

    JK Fridge Mounting

I've been having a really hard time deciding how I want to do this.. I'm thinking a similar setup to what TrailFrog and shown. I'm looking for a setup that I can remove from the Jeep for the months the jeeps performs more daily duties than trail. On this forum there was also a very nice setup...
