i have tried contacting them about this several times and I am ignored. hopefully they read this forum.

My overlandXL tent is sagging on the scouts rack, its too long, been trying to get help from SmittyBilt for days...called, messaged and emailed. They never answer, their customer service is the worst! I may have to weld something up myself, and stop defending Smittybilt every time I hear...
