I used shelving brakets for the wings and L brakets that slide into a brass piece I found at home depot for the sleeping platform. I will try and post some photos for you soon.

I measured with the seats reclined big pimping style. Plenty of laid back riding. Though I am not sure how far you are looking to recline your rear seats. I don't have kids or anyone that will be riding in the back for long road trips.
What about just adding one of these to your setup and have the fridge run off of it while you are parked for the day?

Ahhh yeah those I got at home depot. They were in the hardware section in one of those little plastic drawers located on their spinning speciality hardware storage containers. I will go to HD and see if I can't get an SKU for you. Have you tried showing the photos to a HD hardware guy?

I could be wrong here but 60 psi sounds too be waaaay to much for the duratracs that are rated for max psi of 55 and most I have heard run them at 28psi.
