You can cover your first 3 bases with a Jumping Jack Trailer. Might be able to build a box to use for criteria number 4 and swap it with the tent when you're not camping.

Seconding the layer approach. I haven't done any proper snowshoeing but I have hiked in winter. Rather than a heavy insulated pair if pants I would recommend getting a pair of merino wool leggings and shirt. Once you start moving you're going to get hot fast.
