I’d probably make sure that there aren’t any inherent issues with this drivetrain first. I know the regular drivetrain is pretty robust.
Anyone know of any issues with this AWD system? Is parts availability for repairs going to be an issue?

I agree Ford’s figures are a bit misleading. They just throw everything under the ”F-series” sales. I’d imagine F150’s make up a large portion of the overall sales.
