While not sexy I've been looking at the toobox handle replacements that these people sell as they can be keyed to match your truck key which if you are like me is a logistical bonus as it becomes one less thing to keep track of.

Jason, I've measured mine and the mattress that came with it is a 53' X 74' "full sized mattress" instead of the queen.
