Great to see a contact maintenance truck being built up!! I bought an M1010 ambulance a few months ago to build up, but I've always really liked the concept of an expedition-ish M1031. Can't wait to see what you do with her :)

Love the build, and thanks for sharing your adventures with us! My wife's kitchen requirements for our M1010 are also a "just-in-case coffee and dinner spot" :) It would certainly help make a long travel day a bit easier to wind down. It sounds like the trailer is the right way for you to go...

I'm thrilled with mine! I haven't noticed any creaks/squeaks when loaded up or empty, on or off road. It's an awesome rack.
