Lots of good info about quality lighting on Candlepowerforums.com, but the moderators there can be a challenge. Cheap lights can produce a lot of glare which actually affect your night vision and makes it harder to see. Don’t get cheap Chinese knockoffs.

Seems kinda pointless to me. Open the door or window and all your filtration is for naught. When driving off-road I prefer to have windows open to appreciate the wilderness.

Although I don't fundamentally disagree with your assertions, I wonder where you got the data that each of those conditions increase mortality by four-fold. It seems awfully coincidental that all three of those conditions have the same effect on mortality.
