I like your suspension, how much of a load do you think it can handle. Went with trailer leaf springs on mine so it's pretty stiff. You should probably switch to an articulating hitch.

I've heard those construction type spray foams have chemicals in them that will cause your vehicle to rust from the inside out. Auto paint supplies have automotive spray foam like the stuff the factory uses, but of course it's more expensive.

It stuck to the 1x4 runners I used to attach my walls and ceiling covering, for sound deadening it needs to be sprayed on the sheet metal panels.
