The Trailer is 84" wide edge to edge. The overall box length is 10' 8". I will have to double check, but I am pretty sure with the tongue and hitch the full length is right about 15'. The interior is 60" wide and 84" deep and 48" tall. The overall height is about 6' 3"

Sawtooth Unlimited - Off Road Pop Top Camper Trailer

Summer in Arizona, it's kind of the opposite. The high heat can cause your epoxy to exotherm and basically harden too fast reducing your pot life, etc. I remember getting up at 0400 to work on my camper when it was "cool" at 85 degrees.

Sawtooth Unlimited - Off Road Pop Top Camper Trailer

Yeah...Epoxy/Fiberglass work don't mix too well with wintertime. The first plane I built was composite, so I feel your pain.

I bought a Harbor Freight chop saw and replaced the disc with a good 10" Dewalt cutting disc. Performed fairly decent.

You will love the 210MP. This is what I used to build my rig. I did use 220v. I haven't tried 110v mode. I'm also curious how the aluminum spool gun works out for you.

    Voyager is Completed (Build Thread)

So I made my first upgrade for 2019. I installed a USB charging station in the galley area of Voyager. I now have a total of 8 charging port for when the kids and adults insist on charging all their devices. Plenty of power to go around now.

So the brand is “Solvit”. It’s a pet ramp that looks like it’s available from places like Petco and Petsmart.

That seems like a lot of steel. Do you have an estimate as to what your weight will be like?

    Voyager is Completed (Build Thread)

It's performed flawlessly! I towed it from Gilbert, AZ to Oshkosh, WI and back without any issues. It was a tad bouncy on some of the bumps at highway speed. But I lived out of it for 15 days up at the airshow and had zero issues. The trailer was a big hit up there and I gave around 20-25 tours...
