ABS plastic. FWIW- You've stood right by this rig at various events (it was usually next to the Overland Gourmet tent). One of the great things about the Sprinter is everyone thinks it's a work/delivery van. :ylsmoke: dieselcruiserhead- The Ford and Chevy box vans were also on our list...

Flagster- we also have a 2005 Tacoma 4x4 that used to take us all over the Western U.S. on camping trips. After much research including a tour of mhiscox's amazing Sprinter, we purchased a low mileage 2004. That was 18 months ago. I've lost count of how many nights we've spent in the Sprinter...

Yep, I'm familiar with those chocks. Was just wondering if you drilled completely through the metal floor and attached a nut to the underside of the Sprinter?

Nice work! Thanks for sharing the pics/info. Did you bolt the wheel chocks all the way through the floor? I built my Sprinter to haul a single motorcycle but still haven't decided what method I'm going to use to hold the bike's front tire.
