I'd love to see how you do the WVO conversion. I've done a bit of reading on it, it seems the Vegistroke system is a very easy system to install and use, although it is pricey. I've also not heard of anyone running alternative fuels in an expedition style vehicle.

I'd love to see more pics of your setup from the inside, as well as more pics from your travels. I want to ujoint-esque campervan like we all do, but in reality, something more road-friendly would be way more practical. I know your van is pretty new, but I'd be curious to know how you feel...

I'm just a lurker, but I believe ujoint's kit is based on 99+ Superduty running gear.

It's been done on Superduty pickups. It's not bolt-on, it requires trimming and modification, but it's close enough that it's not a full custom job.

No personal experience, but I've heard the 8.1 will get 10mpg loaded or unloaded. Nice find.

I've seen the Ford injectors very cheap on eBay, both lightly used and new. If your injectors are old and tired it's cheap and easy to replace them with low mileage takeoffs from a Mustang. If your injectors are healthy I don't believe you'll see any difference. They have a 4-hole spray...
