I used a heavy duty motorcycle tire intertube.... just stuff it in place and air is up with compressor.... it is cheap and only lasted two years but easy to replace even if I had to replace every two years...

Wow great truck.... I am a certified Mopar nut..... especially Ramchargers... I have only one left but I have had 11 over the last 12 years... I get them fix em up and then save another one.... I had to sell off the herd I had in 2009, after an injury in 2008 and I could not get up into over...

I have my Dodge 5500 registered through my farm. So I did not have any problem getting insurance....
