I have a 5-year-old and a dog, I don't think fabric walls would last long. I was thinking the 1" poly inset in the walls with either 1/2" polyiso or more likely this https://amzn.to/3GUms7K to break the thermal bridge over the frame and skin it in Luan or plastic sheeting like this...
Good to hear your experience with the Havelock, I am still researching but my current plan was havelock in the roof with polyiso in the walls. Do you have a pic of the headliner material? I may have to hit up Jay to get one built.
Sorry about all the questions ;) but thanks for taking the time to answer all of them and showing us around the shop a few weeks ago. We are excited to get our Ovrlnd Camper
It has already been mentioned multiple times, but definitely check out Ovrlnd Campers in Flagstaff. We just put a deposit on one a couple of weeks ago.

I have a little over 20k on my MT, I would say they are a bit louder than when they were brand new but still quieter than the Toyo MT that I ran before them.
I live locally so I was able to pick mine up and save on shipping. As for just doing a bumper, it is in my long term plan, but for my application, there is not a lot of options for quality bumpers, and what I want is pushing 3k and I just can't do that now. The Wilco carriers retain a great...
I just put the wilco hitchgate classic on the truck 2 weeks ago and am really impressed so far. I wrote a blog about it yesterday https://familyoffthemap.com/2017/08/02/hitchgate/
It was easy to assemble, and is rock solid with a 37 on it
The stock tires are not really anything special, but airing down some would possibly help. Take a look at the Falken MT or AT3W or the Toyo, you will be much happier.
I am running the Falken Wildpeak MT in 37x12.50r17 and absolutely love them. Tons of traction, wearing even, no chunking in the rocks, and quiet on the road with good manners.
