    Dodge 3rd Gen Snorkel

Selling the truck so off comes the snorkel! It has been on the truck for about 5 months and definitely does the job. Comes with all the hardware and a prefilter. I talked with Kurt oveer at Expeditioneers and he said he can get you a copy of the template as well. No damage to it and it's...

Reciever Mounted winch or hand winch

The hi-lift or come along are an alternative but man, they will wear you out! Personally, I would spring for a winch setup. Store it in the back of the truck until you need it and then pull it out and hook it up. This will keep you from smashing it up on the rocks when out playing and also...

    shocking!!! another shock question

How much are you wanting to invest? Most white bodies are going to give you the same similar and poor results. If you are really wanting to step up, there are plenty of options but as always, it costs money.

    unofficial ammo can thread

Here is where I put a pair of mine. I keep various recovery gear and spare parts in them. The little can doesn't stay back there any more but a friend did give me a cool bracket that holds 2 smaller cans together. I'm thinkin I'll bolt it to the flatbed somewhere for quick and easy...

    2wd Expidetion Vehicle

4wheelparts, jcwhitney, desert rat, hell most any offroad store will carry spacers.

    2wd Expidetion Vehicle

That's a great combo. For a suspension lift, Fabtech makes the strongest one for your year. For a spindle lift, go with CST. As for bodylifts, the only options are PA and Zone and from what I've heard, they're both quality but the Zone has slightly better instructions and bumper mounts...

    2.0 vs. 2.5 Shocks

X2 on remotes. I have piggybacks on my truck now and saving up for new shocks because I have thoroughly smashed them up on the rocks. Has nothing to do with high speed but more about clearance.

    2wd Expidetion Vehicle

I don't believe so but why in the world would you want to put in a taller, stiffer coil? You're better off putting in a spacer or getting custom coils.

    2wd Expidetion Vehicle

2500/3500 leafs are 3" wide where as 1500 leafs are 2.5" Even if you made some new shackles, you're gonna have issues with smacking the frame. Now, I do know of quite a few 1500's that have had some mini-packs made by Deaver. The results so far are pretty outstanding.

I have a Corbeau in my 2500. Personally, I love it and my legs/butt don't fall asleep!

    2.0 vs. 2.5 Shocks

Do it right this time around and get the 2.5's with resi's. It's all in the valving from there on out. You can valve to your driving style for compression and rebound while still having all of the advantages of the bigger shock (more cooling, less fading). As soon as you start introducing...

    Project Wander Wagon

If you talk to Sean Lorenz, ask him exactly how chose his springs.... you're not going to find an answer. Do a little research on the internet and you'll find some good documentation about what I speak of. Sean is has been caught a few times reverse engineering products. I'm really not trying...

    2WD Dodge 1500

Without a leveling kit, you can go up to a 295 with no rubbing. With a 2" spacer you can do a 315 or 35 with some minor rubbing on the fender liner.

    Project Wander Wagon

Just now got to this thread..... are we really talking about Lorenz?!?! I've seen Lorenz, next to Kore, next to Carli and next to Thuren... all with very similiar (almost identical) setups. The Lorenz setup was a joke, Kore's wasn't much better but the Carli and Thurens really excelled...

    Help Please with Dream Rig!

From my travel experiences with a diesel, I pack out as much as I can. Once you REALLY get out in the sticks, they don't have diesel at the pumps because everyone gets diesel delivered to their house. I see this more in areas like AZ and NM so YMMV. I rock 37's on Thuren/Carli 3", you'll be...

    Help Please with Dream Rig!

What has you wanting a Carli 6"? It's farking sweet but may not be necessary. I have a hard enough time on fire roads with a 3" and 37's... I don't want to think about adding another 3" to it. If you need 17"+ of suspension travel, then sure, getcha some but if you're not going to be doing...
