Took the front bumper off my 95' and painted it black. I just didn't like the chrome in the middle section. I didn't try to fix any of the dents, just sanded it down and cleaned it.

The tires are Milestar Patagonia's. 31x10.5x15. Yeah, I'd never heard of them either, but they have really great reviews and Discount tire had them for $117 each. As little as I'll drive this rig they're probably get old before they wear out. I have received everything to do the timing...

Thanks for the trip report. I just found it today! I'm planning on doing the NMBDR in my Montero starting this fall and breaking it into three or four sections.

The tires were 13 years old :) It has 162k on it according to the odometer. I'm not sure it's correct. No service info available unfortunately. I did get new tires on it Saturday!!!

Do you think these needed changing??? I have no idea how old they are. I just picked this 95' up a month ago.

Thanks for the info. I have looked at the A.D.D. bumper. I just ordered their winch plate and body lift kit for my 95'. I've emailed him about the skid plates, I need to make sure the transmission one will work with my manual.

Just need to get someone in B.C. to donate their rig for a while so they can use it as a template. :)

Me again... I found this company in B.C. that makes bumper kits. They already have one for the Delica. These guys said they could do a Montero Bumper kit if they can find someone in the Vancover BC area with a Montero. Anyone interested...

This was delivery day of the 95'. It took my wife three days before she noticed there was another one in the side yard! Not bad for $300 huh?
