    Latest Photo?

Just running the dog in a recent burn in Central Oregon. Purchased last week. I can already tell it’s going to be a long and beautiful relationship... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    New Member & 100 Owner

I just purchased a 100 series last week as well. Very excited. It’s a 2000 and I fully expect my six-year-old be driving it one day. Preferably when he’s of age! I want to attach pictures but the new photo format of the iOS operating system is killing me! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

1st Northwest Trail Innovations 100 bumper

I have seen this company before and now that I have so-so-ish welding skills, I would love to see the bumper for the older 100 series available at some point on their website.

    2005 Tundra with 165k, Thoughts?

Buy it! I purchased my 2008 with 169k and just flipped 200k. No issues! I am on my third timing belt and second water pump (changed because the manual said so!). Other than usual wear and tear, the thing is a beast. It is one thirsty mother though! I am not a logger but like to get out...

Corkscrew Pass in a FWC - Hawk and a 2008 Toyota Tundra

I have not been on Ophir Pass. This was my first real off road test of the truck/camper combo. The rig performed flawlessly. I am looking forward to the White Rim Trail in November. Paul

Corkscrew Pass in a FWC - Hawk and a 2008 Toyota Tundra

I scared the you-know-what out of my wife on this road. The hot weather shut us out of our primary off roading destination of the White Rim Trail in Canyonlands NP. We (I) decided to try out the Engineer Pass-Cinnamon Pass loop in SW Colorado. Needless to say, we did not make it that far. I...

    Camper and Truck Photos

Somewhere in the High Sierra Came back to central Oregon via Sequoia and Kings' Canyon NP. This site had a picnic table but the closest camping to it was well over a mile a way and 1000 ft lower in elevation. Our favorite boondocking/non-boondocking site to date!

    Kids Camping Games

Another Night Game - Flashlight Tag! Might not be the best for a busy campground but if you are boon docking with a group it would work great. The person who is it has the flashlight. The others run and hide. The "it" person can tag them if the beam of the flashlight shines on them...

Cascadia Vehicle Tent CVT 8' Awning Install on Four Wheel Camper FWC Hawk

Gotcha. Great idea. I will be doing just that as well. Thank you sir! How did you deal with the vertical weather stripping/seam at the front of the camper?

Cascadia Vehicle Tent CVT 8' Awning Install on Four Wheel Camper FWC Hawk

Because I have the "Thermal Pack" the roof would have definitely bowed. I was a little worried about the latch at first but there is plenty of clearance.

Cascadia Vehicle Tent CVT 8' Awning Install on Four Wheel Camper FWC Hawk

Thanks. I would have loved to get the Fiamma but could not come close to justifying the price. I live in Bend, OR so no delivery fee. $325 and mounting supplies was an extra $40. The sealer cost $15 alone!

1993 Starcraft Roadmaster 850. Finally out camping.

I will reiterate your reaction of "EWWWWWW!" How many different kinds of mold do you have there? Wish I could help on the roof, but EWWWWW!

Cascadia Vehicle Tent CVT 8' Awning Install on Four Wheel Camper FWC Hawk

Exterior hole placement. I did not get too scientific with my hole placement. I made sure to avoid the lifter bracket on the inside of the camper, but that was pretty much it. The two outside brackets are approximately 6 inches in from the outside edge of the awning extrusion...approximately...

Cascadia Vehicle Tent CVT 8' Awning Install on Four Wheel Camper FWC Hawk

Close-up of Spacers These are the spacers in action. They had to be long enough to bridge the gap in the ridges of the aluminum siding material.

Cascadia Vehicle Tent CVT 8' Awning Install on Four Wheel Camper FWC Hawk

I pulled the trigger on the CVT 8' Awning at the start of the month and just got around to the install this weekend. I was stalling for sure. I was not looking forward to drilling SIX holes in the camper. I took my time, measured 10 times and drilled only once per hole thankfully. I have a...

Cascadia Vehicle Tent CVT 8' Awning Install on Four Wheel Camper FWC Hawk

Mounting Close-ups These are somewhat lousy shots of the spacers between the awning and the side of the camper. And another shot of the awning in its case.

New 2014 FWC's in Bend, Oregon this week & weekend (trade show)

Doh! My family went to the Portland show to see your product line last year but did not think you would be in Redmond this year either. Did we miss out on a discount on accessories??? I hope not because we have been eyeing the Fiamma 45S awning but don't like the $800 price tag, ouch!
