Drained the old oil out today. It looked good, no flakes, no crud, no pieces of gasksts. It was definitely some thicker stuff, not some 10w-30 lol. I also flushed and refilled the power steering reservoir with new fluid. Flushed the radiator and filled it up with 50/50. Took me about 2 hours to drain the gas tank but got that done as well. The engine is almost ready to fire up

Truck was transported to a nearby open storage facility to essentially allow me to work on it in 2 places. As well as learn to drive the 5 speed and 2 speed rear

Some updates on the truck:

Narrowed the color options down to Desert Tan and Cement Grey.

I’ve sold the motor, trans, service bed, pumps, gas tank, gauge cluster, and bench seat. Next is to chop the frame and get it ready for paint. As well as finding a 7.3L powerstroke and F450 axles to use
