08’ L322 vibration 1st gear to 2nd or under load in climb

New onset of vibration when coming to a rolling stop and then accelerating. Vibration appears to be transmission in nature. Once out of 1st gear no longer occurs. Same thing when starting a steep climb from a stop. Looking for some assistance. Thanks

Check the drive shaft carrier bearing holder, about mid-way underneath the car. If you can shake it, the bearing is worn and could come apart eventually.
