Needing a daily with better mpg so regrettably putting my gen 2.5 Montero up for sale. I bought it from the original owner back in September of 2014. The miles are high, but the car still runs great as it's been my daily for the last 2 and a half years. To my knowledge, everything works except for those listed below in the "Need Attention" section below. The biggest thing that doesn't work is the heater (AC works well). I bypassed the heater core when I noticed light fumes coming out from the vents while using the heater for the first time of the day. I did not want to chance any inhaling of toxic fumes or leaks in the interior so I bypassed it immediately. The heated seats were good enough to get me through the colder days.
Listing this just on ExPo for now as I would rather have it go to a member. I will be straightforward with any questions so feel free to ask.

Need Attention
Carpet/floormats could use a good cleaning
Driver's seat worn
Gas door doesn't pop all the way open when pulling button, but enough to open by hand
Heater not working (bypassed heater core)
Knee/kickpanel speakers not working
Roof clearcoat fading
Scratches on passenger side dash
Steering sometimes jerky over rough surfaces (control arm bushings?)
