Posting this G Wagen for my dad. The truck was purchased from a family friend in 2005.
Clean NY title.
Registration has expired.
Automatic transmission.
Not used for the last 4 years, but started easily about one year ago.
The tires are good.
Champion winch with remote
Blaupunkt sound system with Kenwood amp
Was running when parked 4 years ago. - We charged the battery but it won't turn over as the brakes need to be bled to be able to disengage brake ignition switch.

Ready for restoration! It does have considerable rust... bring your trailer!

Truck is located upstate NY near Woodstock / Catskills...

Any pics of the rust damaged areas, frame, floor pans, rockers, wheel wells, rear sill, etc? It looks like the bottom of the back door is gone and the weather strip is hanging out? Do the brakes need bled because the calipers are seized? Are the brake lines rusted through? I live in the rust belt and would a g-wagen that I could drive all year and not worry about it getting rusty, but it still has to be safe. Thanks

Right now, my father is not with the truck. I will post photos of the frame and rust on the body when he sends them to me. You are correct on the rear door. It is gone at the bottom and that is the rubber seal hanging out.

As a kick around vehicle on a farm it's safe...Road use? Probably not in its current shape. Not too sure about the brake calipers... pretty sure it just needs brake fluid and a bleed...
