Well, it pains me to put this up for sale. But, driving a manual trans is pretty hard on my knee. So, the old girl must go, since a v8/auto swap is out of the question for years to come.

It's an 1987 with approx 246,000 miles-this changes daily as I go and from work. Overall cruiser is really solid and could be easily finished by someone. Truck runs very well, starts in the cold with no problems. Trans and transfer case shift with no issues. Brakes are all new, stops very well now! Truck was desmogged by PO. Carb is an non-US spec aisin model. Frame is solid and not rusty.

Mods/pros:
Heavy/heavy OME suspension setup. Swaybar is not on truck, but included-I was going to buy extended links, but never got around to it.
4+front bumper
ARB snorkel-hooked up to 3FE air canister/3F carb hat. Stock 2F air canister is included.
Passenger side grab handle-I forget the name of the mud member who was making these-sorry!
Dash cap-stock dash pad is pretty worn.
Front seats are from a 04 Toyota camry
Window felts were replaced, stock chrome pieces aren't on but are included
70 series side mirrors installed, extra gaskets and oem fj60 mirrors are inlcuded.
New alum radiator/water pump/pretty much every coolent has been replace/new denso fuel pump/all rubber brake hoses are new/new clutch slave and master/mil-spec battery terminals/new walker exhuast and tailpipe.
Sweet OEM AM/FM is still there!

Cons:
Two small rust areas inside floor in front of wheel wells-pictured. Both get treated along with the rockers/quarter panels/doors and frame every spring/fall with fluid film. Neither have gotten any bigger since I've owned it.
Paint-well I've always just sanded down any surface rust and painted them to keep it at bay, until I could do a full paint job.
Missing cargo area carpet.
Cracked windsheild.
Front fender has dent, and so does the area around gas filler door.
Passenger rear wheel arch was replaced-I can't weld sheet metal, so someone did it for me. I think it could've been done better, but rust is gone and it does look decent.
AC works kinda-I think it needs charged, but the belt is not installed at the moment.

I have a few more of the outside, looks like they are to large for the site. I'll get them resized and uploaded in a bit.

Several questions.
Are the wet areas underneath due to fluid film?
What is the distance from the back of the front seats to the tailgate with the second row seats lowered? 70"?
The windshield crack is vertical, top to bottom, but not leaking?

Thanks.

Sorry, wet spots are because I just got back from the car wash. It was covered in winter grime! Crack is indeed vertical, and has not leaked yet. It's been there for about a year now. I will get you the measurement here in a just a little bit.

With the seats forward it is 80" front the back of the center console to the tailgate. Hope that helps!

Ok, final price drop. Pretty sure I'd regret it if I went any lower, but-$7000 winch and thule roof bars not included.

Alright, had a chance to get some compression numbers today. Hopefully this will help someone decide. This test was done on a warm engine, all plugs out, WOT and at about 4500' elevation.

  1. 120
  2. 122
  3. 122
  4. 122
  5. 121.5
  6. 123

Also, got a few more pics of the under body. To show the frame is rust free and solid.
