This Class C Motorhome is a completely unique vehicle. There’s nothing else like this one.

Cab is a 1988 Ford E350 with a 460 EFI V8
3 speed automatic transmission

I am the 3rd owner of this vehicle. It has all of its service records starting in 1991, including the original window sticker from the dealership in Chico, California

I had a local shop do a complete vehicle inspection last fall, including breaks, suspension, oil change, etc... Then I put it in indoor storage for the winter. While it was in storage I did the annual inspection and sealing of the roof and all windows, and I installed new roof vent caps.
The camper just came out of storage a few days ago.
Odometer says 71K but it was not connected when I bought it, and still isn't now.

I have never used the water pump, hot water heater, shower, or sinks for running water, so I can't speak to their functionality. I have used the grey and black water holding tanks and they work and have no leaks. The plumbing from the kitchen sink to the holding tank is also in good working order.
I have played with the generator a little just to check it out. It requires a little finesse to get going and runs great.
Plug in power works and will run the AC which cranks!
There are some places where the wall paper is a little wrinkled or has a pealing edge. I sealed all of the exterior window frames. There are some places where the rubber window gaskets could be replaced. There are a few signs of normal usage wear and tear, in general it's in amazing condition. I've done extensive painting and sealing on the exterior. On the interior I've gone through every nook and cranny with a flashlight and shop vac and it’s as buffed out as when it rolled off the factory floor.

Extremely comfortable to live in while working remotely, use as a guest house on your property, live in it for the summer, camp and go anywhere.
