If you know much about these AWD Tigers, you'll know they are known for being very capable vehicles that are easy to park and have a great functional layout. I've found that to be very true. This is such a fun and unique vehicle. I'm only selling due to a growing family and needing something with a little more room.

The good
*Engine starts immediately every time. Never had an issue.
*Stove and oven work great
*Newer deep cycle battery
*New vinyl flooring
*New aftermarket stereo
*New starter
*New alternator and serpentine belt
*Roof AC works
*Tires have 80% life left
*Shower works (tested it but never used it)
*Toilet works (tested it but never used it)
*Furnace and blower fan work great
*Ceiling fan works
*Awning is in excellent shape and works well
*Sink and water pump work
*Fridge works on AC/DC/Propane
*Plumbing/drains all work
*Hot water heater works (tested it but never used it)
*The original LED gauge that shows water/grey water/battery/LP levels works
*New windshield wipers
*All interior lighting replaced with LED bulbs
*All power system and shore power work great
*Front seat swivels
*Comes with both original tables and stands
*Comes with matching cargo carrier that attaches to trailer hitch
*Extensive records and receipts of all work ever done by myself and by previous owners. I even have original sales brochures and manual from provan as well as all the appliances manuals

What needs work
*Seals around front upper windows will leak if you are driving into rain - should be an easy fix
*Cabin AC doesn't work and I never bothered to get it fixed
*At some point there was a water leak in rear roof area. The roof was professionally repaired (have the paperwork showing that). Part of the interior ceiling does sag a bit causing the interior part of the AC roof unit rubs on the bathroom door (see pic). Other than that, t's not very noticeable and it doesn't really affect anything.
*At some point the oven vent fan was removed. This is not a problem - it just doesn't look that nice from the inside.

We took this camper on a trip up the east coast this past summer with no issues whatsoever. It is absolutely ready to go on an adventure.

Good example of a similar vehicle (but a little older and with more miles) sold for $24.500. https://expeditionportal.com/forum/...ndition-low-miles-sold-5-24-19-24-500.205307/
