Those sliders look very well done! i like the formed piece that runs to the uniframe, good work. Do you plan on sealing the "legs" where they are near the floor boards?

Yes I do, I plan on getting some seam sealer for those and a small whole in the floor. This will help prevent rust and water infiltration. Yeah they are rugged!

They were built...by somebody I know. He has built a few for different jeepers and such and saw some of his work and how strong they were. I've seen them in action on other other rigs and according to him know one has destroyed or dented them yet.

Well they are 2x6 slabs of steel, welded in place of my rockers. Not sure the size of the tubing on the outside. The legs are stratigecly placed to line with the crossmember for complete strength. Anything else feel free to ask.

The guy who fabbed and mounted his sliders is a member of our jeep club and is also one of our supporting vendors. He does some awesome work.

When I get some time off! In a few weeks I might find some more projects for it and we can get together. I have some more plans for it!
