The time has come to sell my Montero.
The good.
Timing belt just serviced. New falken wildpeak 285/75/16 tires. Bilstein 5100 shocks. Old man emu rear springs. 4.9 gears so speedo is accurate. Upgraded factory rad to three core. Siberian poly bushings all around. ADD panhard bar. CD player with Bluetooth. All fluids recently changed except for trans which I have a case of mitsu fluid for. Monstaliner so no scratches.
The Bad
Has 285k miles. But still runs strong. Has some chipping and cracks in the paint on the bumper end caps. Missing third row seats. 4wd lights flash. Has check engine light due to egr tube missing. Leaks oil from valve cover. A/c compressor sequels when cold from water crossings.
Awesome dependable rig for someone who can fix the little things.
