Darn this is what I get for checking exportal every other day!
Will these spacers add on to the 2 inch height that I already have with the OMEs?

They would. However, it would give you virtually no downward wheel travel.

If you want more lift... Subframe spacer lift would be the ticket. There is a kit in Japan for 6" lift (way too much). I was planning to do 1.5-2" subframe lift to fit the 35s but then decided on the 34s. Extra height would be nice sometimes; however, I do like the low center of gravity and stable handling of keeping the truck low.
