  • 285/70-17 Goodyear Ultratrac Tires (2024): On 17” Method Wheels. These tires laugh in the face of potholes.
  • Fiamma F45 Awning (2024): Perfect for those impromptu tailgate parties.
  • Passenger Helm Seat Swivel: Because sometimes you just need to spin around and say, "Look at me, I'm the captain now!"

  • Skeletonized Removable Queen Bed: With a 3” memory foam mattress. Sleep like royalty, even if you're parked next to a dumpster.
  • Vantage Optics Full Headlight Replacement: With projector beams and HID high/low bulbs. Light up the night like it's daytime.
  • New Brakes on All 4 Corners (2021): Stop on a dime, or a nickel, or whatever coin you prefer.

  • IPR Stage 1 Garrett Turbocharger: With VGT (bigger vanes for better EGT cooling).
  • Sinister Diesel Remote Coolant Filter.
  • SCT OBD Scanner and Tuner: With 4 stages for E350 Ambulance (stage 1 tune installed- 40HP economy and towing).
  • Scan Gauge OBDII Engine Monitor Installed.
Items Needing Addressed or Noted: (Currently working through this list, willing to negotiate price if items are not addressed before purchase.)

  • AC System: Currently not functioning correctly, there is a leak in the system somewhere. Needs dye tested to find leak and repair and recharge as needed.
  • Steering Drag Link and Steering Arm: Need installed to update all front-end parts to 2006 Ford F350 compatible parts (have parts but not installed).
  • Small Amount of Surface Rust: On roof front cabin corner that should be addressed.
  • Engine: Has very small oil leak somewhere on back end of motor, never amounts to enough to drip on the ground or change in oil level between 5k intervals.
  • Glow Plugs or Glow Plug Relay: Will probably need changed if used in colder climate. (I cycle the key twice when cold and it fires right up).
  • Small Parasitic Electrical Drain: On house electrical fuse panel. Could use a master switch installed when van is not in use or add house battery bank with isolator to resolve. (I keep a battery tender on the van when not in use).
  • Rear Shocks: Need changed (I can explain more if needed).
This van is not just a vehicle; it's a lifestyle. Own it, love it, and let it take you on the wildest adventures of your life. Contact me now before someone else snatches up this rolling fortress of fun! 🚐💨
