2005-2014 Tacoma Safari Snorkel

Some findings to report!

My install holes are on the left photo below and I linked to Mouse007's install on the right. Mouse007 has the Safari 05+ tacoma specific snorkel and I have the Hilux custom fit snorkel. You can see that my main hole is smaller and further down the fender towards the front of the vehicle. If you currently have a Hilux snorkel you will positively need a new fender to make the jump to the the new 05+ Taco snorkel. I cannot say if the a-pillar holes line up.

BUMP. Who's installed one ? Anyone have any feedback after some use? After hearing poor reviews about the Airflow snorkel I am more inclined to save up and go Safari...

I've installed a couple, fit and finish is great. They are much wider than the SS135MODR variant and we've still been selling a steady amount of the older offering despite having on the SS171HP. Functionality there is no difference for 99% of Taco owners. Unless your SC'd with mods, exhaust, boosted, etc... Either is proven to work.
