I have added a few things to the jeep as well. I picked up a couple of Rubbermaid Action packer 24 gal totes, 3 scepter fuel cans, a switch plate from saguaro 4xComponents, and 4 Rigid dually D2 lights. I mounted the lights last week and ran the wires a far as the rigid industries harness would get me yesterday. I have to combine the switch wires and run them the rest of the way to the switch panel. I do have it where I can test and aim the lights with a switch where the harness ends right now. These lights are impressive. I will get some pictures later.

Have you done the HIR bulb upgrade for both low and high beam....too be honest you do not need anything else in terms of lights when you do this bulb upgrade. Everything else is just cosmetic. I have had this setup tested by light guru Hilldweller and he will account for there stellar performance.

I have not but I will. Thanks for the link. Stock head light will not ever be able to throw light as wide as I have these set. I am by no means racing but I like to have good light coverage when I am on a trail. Upgrading stock bulbs will help but I doubt it will make enough difference I would not want more. Personal preferance I suppose.

cool looking jeep. i have an 05' cherokee as well that i'm looking swapping out the factory wheels for some JK wrangler wheels (17" or 18"). What size wheels and tires did you go with? Does this have a lift kit on it? Good looking jeep!

I am preparing for my first trip. A friend and I will be leaving on April 27 and we will be going through the Ozark Overland trail. We are going just for the weekend, plan to be back Sunday the 29th. I finally got my ARB compressor hooked up. Depending on the level of the water crossings will determine if we run the entire trail or go part way in a camp and then just come back. Minor preperation is left. I am gong to try to make a on/off spout for my 5 gallon water container. I should be able to get the stuff to do it at Lowes.
