FOR SALE: 2006 Hallmark UTE - built for 6.5"-6.10" bed

Location: Yuma, AZ

This is our second Hallmark and we love the brand and quality however with a life change requiring us to work while on the road and two large dogs, the space doesn't fit us right now.

Upgrades in the last year include:

Upgraded fiberglass roof and skirting with upgraded LED lights installed November 2020 at Hallmark factory.
New scissor steps and mount installed by Hallmark
160 W flex panel from Overland Solar
20 Amp PWM solar controller
New trifold Mallard 4" queen mattress
New MaxxAir Deluxe Fan
Outdoor shower enclosure replaced
Digital thermostat installed

Other Features:
2 100A 6V Lifeline AGM's (7 years old but no issues with performance)
Power roof and jacks
Unsure of exact tank sizes on this older model but ~25-30 fresh water, and 12-14 gallons each black and grey
Wet bath with standard RV toilet
6 Gallon water heater
30lb propane tank
Power roof and jacks
New DIY cushion covers with fresh, clean fabric. Not perfect but they look nice and modern. Home ec served me well ;)
Roof prewired for AC

Price: $19,000 OBO

Known Problems: Front end of bed/bunk and back wall was apparently rebuilt by a previous owner. Hallmark has seen the rebuild when they installed the new roof and skirt and saw no quality issues with it. Jack remote can be intermittent, will likely need to be replaced at some point(~$150). Fridge works great but the seal is getting brittle. Peel and stick wallpaper is easily removable if it's not your style!

Able to do video tour if interested!

$19k or $9k?
2016 or 2006?
The listing is correct, we checked used Hallmark prices before posting it and $19k OBO is fair.

A 2016 is now worth $30k and a new one is about $45k with at least a 1 year wait.

Thanks for taking a look at the listing.

Yes, the soft walls are insulated and they were replaced last year when the roof was upgraded.
Wet weight is about 1900 (water full, black & grey tanks empty, propane, batteries). Dry weight is about 1650.
