For Sale: 2006 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab TRD Off Road
Location: Knoxville, Tennessee
Price: $15,000
Description:
-4wd with TRD Off Road Package and factory rear e-locker
-265/70 Yokohama Geolander AT tires with less than 10k miles
-104,xxx miles
-6 speed manual transmission
-1-owner - purchased new in December of 2005. Truck has spent its life in Texas and East Tennessee.
Known Issues:
-Was hit by hail in 2011. Windshield was replaced. Hood replaced with factory hood off of a truck of the same model year and factory paint color. Roof of cab has some visible dents remaining, but body is otherwise in good shape with normal expected scratches.
-TPMS light flashes due to a dead battery in one of the TPMS sensors. Should be a simple fix, I just haven't had a chance to take care of it.
-Occasional belt squeal at startup. Goes away once warmed up. Likely due either to the serpentine belt or one of the pulleys.
-All recall items have been taken care of except for rear leaf springs. Local Toyota dealership has set of 4-leaf rear springs on order to be replaced as part of a recall.
It's been a great truck and I hate to see it go, but our family needs something with more room to transport our kids.
My truck apparently includes some sort of anti-gravity feature demonstrated in the pictures. If you click on them they should be right-side up.
