2014 RAM 3500

I bought this truck brand new in 14', drove it as my work truck for the first 5-6 years and over the last couple years have built it to get it to what you see now.
Features added are over the last couple years:
-Carli Back Country suspension with all the goodies. Sway bar, drop radius arms, Fox 2.0. Rides awesome for a tonner truck!!
-Bronze RaceLine 17" Wheels (Exclusive through CJC Off road, specific for these trucks) with 37X12.5 Toyo RT's. Still 90% tread.
-AEV front bumper with lights and a Warn 12.5 with synthetic rope (No remote).
-BuckStop rear bumper with dual swing outs and with lights. Super heavy duty! Driver side swing out is for a cooler and Jerry cans.
-6.7 Cummins. Truck is fully deleted. EFI Live. Fass fuel pump. Fleece turbo. About 500HP!
-Rebuilt 68RE. Now has a Billet input shaft and can hold the HP.
-Switch Pro with a CJC off road dash mount.
-Has 179,XXX miles as of today. But truck is still being driven.
-I built the half rack. It is 100% steel. Pretty sure you could park a car on it.
-Paint is in Good condition, not perfect, but still in good condition. No rust!! Truck is ceramic coated now.
-Truck is located in Iowa.
-$59,900.

Ok, obviously I was fishing before with my pricing, but I am down to $49,900, now. I got my Scout II running and have another project truck coming in a couple weeks, not even counting my work truck, so it is time for this to go. Nothing has really changed. The mileage is up a smidge and I have to make a trip to Montana and back to Iowa at the end of this week with this truck, so I would guess it will be around 180K by the time I get back. Someone make an offer on this, at $49K you can not build it for that, I promise, not with all of the goodies this thing has.

Interested, but I have a few questions.
Do you have detailed photos of the interior, what condition is it in? What trim level?
How many miles on the suspension?
Front or rear lockers?
Do you have detailed service records?
What services/repairs have you had done?

I can get some interior pics. But, No rips/tears/wear marks. It is very clean. It is an SLT.
Approx. 30K on suspension.
No lockers.
No detailed records. I always change fluids when the truck tells me to.
I have put front brakes, passenger wheel bearing, and 4WD actuator in it within the last 3 yrs.
