nope. just knew it would give him an opportunity to show true colors again. Frame pretty well covered in the other thread.

You're the tard that brought it up. Since it was pretty well covered, don't you think that was childish and uncalled for.

This one was better.

Yes, that was the one I meant. Didn't realize they had morphed the Prado with the heavily stylized front end.

Looks like Toyota is trying to keep a consistent theme with their utilities.

The 200 isn't bad.

The American "Prado"....perhaps I am turning into a retro-grouch...the style for the American market is off the rails. I don't get it....and I even liked the movie Predator...

The gx460 is an odd departure from what the 470 was.... Odd indeed. Our... I mean... The wife's 470 should be here next week. :)

Of course....funny how some of us (including me) get hung up on what sheeeot looks like...just need something to haul our craaaap around.

What I should do is buy a Ram Promaster van...I could go beat the sheeeot out of that hideous thing and not care.

that 2016 Hilux front end looks pretty good to me. K.I.S.S.

the styling difference between the GX470 and the GX460 truly is bananas, however. i'm still not a fan of the 2014+ 4Runner front end, but when i see how some of its elements (fog light "gills"; basking shark grille) bled over from/were inspired by its Lexus big bro, i'm just appreciative that the designers dropped their pencils when they did.

whomever said it prior was right on: gimme a big, functional set of headlights and a simple, understated grill—it's timeless. i don't understand this trend of squinty headlamp housings squashed to the margins of a massive, gaping grill. Toyota: why you shouting at me? or are you expecting me to feed you a herring?
