2nd gen Tacoma aftermarket front bumper with recovery points and a receiver?

I haven't been able to find an aftermarket front bumper for my 2nd gen Tacoma that has recovery points and a receiver. Does one exist? I want something that I can slam against rocks and trees, but retain the ability to easily take my winch off when I don't need it and/or move it to the rear of the vehicle.
