That thing is crazy cool....would love to see some more interior pics, especially of how the plane fuselage is accessed from the rest of the camper...what kind of MPG does it get and how many does it sleep?

I just read both of your links in entirely. I'm glad you had such a good trip, I hope you PVB's aren't too bad.

I have a few questions.

MPG? How many gallons? Average range on a tank.

Was it 70,000 miles on the motor and chassis?

Did the solar keep up with everyday use off the grid?

Did you get the condensation in the plane/bunk room issue figured out? Is it overly hot or cold up there?

How tight is it in the sleeping area? Twin? Full? Queen?

Thanks in advance for you response and good luck with your sale.

The truck gets 8 to 10 mpg. There are two fifty gallon tanks. There is now almost 80,000 miles on the motor and chassis. The solar takes care of all the electrical demands. You can't sleep in late during the summer because of the heat. If you add heat and ac you could remedy the ventatalation and control the temperature. The bed is 48" wide and my wife and I enjoy sleeping up there. The view is one of kind.
