91-99 Monty owners please

I've been waiting to find wheel arches locally for awhile now to justify wider tires and spacers and they are either too much or just swooped up FAST. Im starting to really dig BOLT on type arches like these:

or can I just go to a 4x4 store and have jeep type ones custom fitted to work with the rear door?

Yes, the body is very different between the 92-97 and 98-00 models, google images is your friend. As for wider wheels and tires you do not need anything wider than the factory SR flares to run them unless you are going for a poser look.
