FINALLY!!!! I finally got it to flip up. Not sure why it didn't want to, but I will leave it up and lube the hell out of it to figure out why it didn't want to do so. Thanks for the help. I think what I did was climb in back and use my knee to push down on the black lever by the floor while pulling up on the nylon strap, and then it went. It's funny in the owners manual it doesn't talk anything about it flipping up like that, so I didn't think it did. Much better. Thanks, gang!!!!
