Posting this up for my friend's father. He had this truck custom built for work, but is now retired and no longer needs the truck. I figured someone on here might be interested. Below is his ad:

Built to serve the needs of an on-location photographer, now retired. Production truck, expedition rig, hunting rig, camper, contractor truck...food truck? Priced at the resale value of the chassis cab itself - which would itself make a fine snowplow, flatbed, tow rig, etc.

Chassis Cab:
1996 Chevy K3500 Cheyenne standard cab dually (4wd)
Vortec 5700 5.7l V8
4L80-E 4-speed automatic with overdrive
4.10 axles
Factory off-road, snow plow and cold climate packages
Air conditioning, AM/FM stereo, manual windows and locks, bench seat
Twin fuel tanks, 100 amp alternator, diamond-plate running boards, stainless steel mirrors
104k miles

Van Body:
1996 Delta Waseca, 9'3" x 7'2" x 6' with 24" attic, riveted aluminum construction, fully insulated, FRP-clad ceiling and walls
Reinforced, diamond-plate roof with operable skylight
Operable, screened 16" x 25" windows (2)
Eberspächer furnace
Refrigerator
Wired for 120 volt with 12v interior lighting
Welded steel ladder and rear step, expanded-metal bumper
Pro-Tech diamond-plate toolboxes, 30" x 18" (x2), 36" x 18" (x2)
