So, I have no experience traveling offroad with disabled folks...aside from my own occasional injuries, of course. But I have to say that I have really been inspired by the efforts (and achievements) of the folks I have either met or know online who have one or more disabilities (what an awful term!) who have identified, challenged, and overcome barriers facing them.
I've recently become somewhat familiar (in n email kinda way) with Chris from Lucrum, and I am immensely amazed and proud at what he and others have achieved - more than the 'abled' in many cases - in spite of their physical disabilities.
From what I know of Chris and various other 'disabled' adventurers, I'd wheel/travel/adventure with them any time. Sometimes a challenge brings out the best in people.
